No reservation required but best to purchase tickets online in advance.
It's cheaper when you buy online and you have to select the day and time that you are going to visit.
We r not season pass holders..we didnt have an appointment either..went in the door across the street from the parking garage. Leaving the garage was free also! No one was around n the gate was up.
We booked online and there was a time selected so it seemed to me a reservation was necessary
It's is cheaper to buy tickets online. First responders, Heathcote workers, and military are free.
You can walk in and buy tickets. Thats what we did. A family of 4. Check their website out and their customer service is great!
Need to make reservations unless you have a season pass. Season pass holders don't need to make an appointment. Just show up.
