I used to be a regular customer since 2020, just give a call or order online and they deliver in 2 or 3 days. It was all ok. To prevent the hassle I signed up for automatic delivery in 2022. I used to be a automatic delivery customer for about 3 or 4 refills since 2021 November. Intrestingly Every time they make automatic delivery the prices are higher than competitors. After speaking with them about price matching, the customer care said they don't price match for automatic deliveries. On average I might have lost 20$ to 40$ because of automatic delivery. They deliver when the price is highest. So I canceled automatic deliveries. 1 week later on 03.12.2022 I needed heating oil, On their website they say they perform price match. So I called Greenacres (4.34 per gallon) and provided the website link to smartTouchEnergy.com(4.119 per gallon). the customer care right out denied price matching with smart touch energy and said something about I don't know why but we don't. I don't think I can trust this provide anymore.

Oil can stay in a tank for a few years, but it is best if you use it within one year from the date of purchase for max efficiency.

Kleen burn additive is a multi-functional ashless fuel additive that is specially formulated for use in all types of home heating fuel oils. The additive helps the fuel burn more completely, and reduce emissions, smoke and any particulates. It also helps break down any sludge or and/or oxidation that can be forming in the tank.
Tank sizes vary, but the typical household tank with a nominal size of 275 gallons, will only hold 250 gallons. This size tank will take approx 180 gallons if the gauge on the tank is accurate and shows 1/4.
We do not offer prepaid contracts.
We do offer Automatic Delivery, if you do NOT have/use alternate heating appliances such as: heat pumps, geo-thermal, electric heaters, pellet stoves, fireplaces, wood or coal stove, etc. Alternate heat sources make it impossible to establish your oil usage, due to variable usage, causing you to run out of oil. Being on Automatic Delivery requires a credit card on file that is pre-authorized when a delivery is made. You then have 5-7 days to send us the payment via check.
We offer home heating oil delivery (standard 1-3 day delivery or emergency delivery.) Heating and cooling services include: maintenance, cleanings, repairs, and installation.
We accept cash on delivery, check w/credit card authorization, money order, or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover (additional fees may apply).
Deliveries less than 150 gallons are assessed a below minimum delivery fee of .50 cents per unused gallon. Example: 150 gallons ordered - 120 gallons actually delivered = 30 gallons x .50 per gallon = $15 fee.
