Would this be a good place to take a child with Autism?

If he or she is very sensitive to loud noises I'd say absolutely not. This place gets extremely loud. In addition, I went and it was a zoo, way too many kids at one time.

Not on a busy day. There us absolutely no sound proofing anywhere. The noises reverberate and can be very stressful. As a retired elem teacher of 38 years, check with staff for the quietest times to take him.

It was very crowded and loud when we recently went. I would not recommend going if your child is sensitive to sounds and/or crowded spaces. There were long waits to do the various activities as well.

I agree with CP. depending on triggers for a child with autism, this could be overwhelming. There's lots of sights sounds and light. There's lots of kids and grownups. There are lots of things to engage all the senses. Therefore someone on the autism spectrum who has sensitivities or sense triggers might not be a good candidate for this particular place.

I would think so, I have been there while there was a class of special needs adults once and they all seemed to enjoy themselves.

My son (11) is an aspie and very high functioning, but he gets a little overwhelmed by the crowds and noises here. Try calling and asking when the slowest day/time usually is. I have 6 kids, but when we go either my husband or I take my son 1 on 1 and the other parent takes the rest of the kids, that way one person can focus solely on him and keep him calm and meltdown free (most of the time lol).

There are not any not busy days it is always way over crowded wait in longline for everything I don"t even think timed tickets would help an absolutely no parking

Is child good in crowded areas? If so you"ll enjoy the on hands experience of creating small crayola spin art , molded car and your very own crayon with your name on it or watch your drawing come to life..than u can email it 2 yourself.

Maybe during the middle of the week when it's not crowded. Otherwise, it is loud and crowded and hot during the summer. Too much stimulation.
