Someone did check our bags, but not sure cause we only bring crackers and water.
I don't think they allow it if it isn't obvious they might not say anything. Food and drink is available inside and outside.

No. You cannot bring in outside food. Annual passholders receive a 20 percent discount on all food and merchandise. As another person stated, there are a lot of good eateries in close proximity to Crayola.
No. You can pack and eat lunch right outside the front doors on the benches. Once inside they have their own food service. No outside food allowed. I would suggest eating outside or stopping at one of the local eateries around town. And try the ice cream parlor outside in the adorable back alley of the Factory. Have fun and be patient. Throw yourself into the experience. BTW - was just there two days ago.

When I was last there I saw several people bring in packed lunches and they didn't say anything to them about it. But I would call to check.
