I am flying into PHL and need to get to Harrisburg. From what I've looked up there is a train that will go to Harrisburg. My question is: Is the train that is at the airport the same train that will take you to AMTRAK station?

Yes it is you'll get off at 30th street station once you get off their is someone at the bottom of the steps just ask which direction to amtrak and you'll walk down a long hall. Normally that train is on track 5 or 6 but they have plenty of people their to direct you.

Yes, the train will take you right to Amtrack Station (30th St. Station William H Gray III). I believe it's called SEPTA and it will cost you about $7.00. I just traveled to Altoona this way last week and it was very convenient, safe and easy to navigate.
