I rented a purple scooter on 9/16/22. I had an amazing experience. The ladies were pleasant and friendly. They helped me get the purple scooter by making all the necessary changes from the burgundy one to the purple one. I was pleased! The young lady explained all the details on how I need to operate the scooter. She also went to my car and assisted by putting it in the trunk. I appreciate it and I will definitely return and share. Thanks again 😊

Marx Medical is phenomenal, especially Angelique. We have been hitting a brick wall for too many months. She stayed in touch, offered to walk our caseworker through the steps and persevered when things seemed hopeless. My brother has CP and movement and comfort are challenges to say the least. He now has his lift recliner chair and is so happy and comfortable now. Thank you so very much, Angelique and Marx Medical!

I wrote a poor review status before. It mysteriously disappeared. I wish I could give this place no stars. The service was somewhat satisfactory. The manager "Angelique was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure why she responded by saying something about a scooter. I never had anything to do with that equipment. I'm guessing she had a problem with another customer! Her whole delivery was wrong. She's inadequate for the position she has.

I want to start by saying I was calling around everywhere to find some equipment for my mother who just got out of the hospital and no one had anything Luckily I stumbled across this place online and they literally had everything on my list. I got a hospital bed, shower bench and rented out a lift all in the same day. Someone even helped take everything out to my truck! I needed a chair that goes up and down the stairs and was scheduled to get my house assessed that same week. If I wouldn't of found this place I honestly don't know what I would've done.
