The customer service at this store is amazing, even thought they are sales people they still go above and beyond to help out with Troubleshooting the devices and not sending me to the service and repair store. I especially want to shout out the whole staff who always makes me feel welcome I highly recommend anyone come to this specific T-Mobile for all things telecom.

If I could give less stars I would. They offer no customer service or technical support. They only specialize in selling phones and can barely sell them now. The manager on duty was blonde hair woman who stressed her lack of customer service and technical services. I came there at 10 am and the blonde hair women spent 45 minutes just turning on the computer. I’m so disappointed in the service and I do not recommend anyone go there.
