Would give 0 stars if I could. Refused to honor online website promotion. Sales manager rep told me I don’t know how much the phone is but if you spend 1:30 hours porting number I can give you a price. I asked to speak to manager and was told the blond I was speaking to is the manager Absolute trash attitude and incompetence. When I showed her the website and told her I spoke to customer service on the phone, she told me the website is wrong and the customer service is in Italy, lol. Can’t teach someone to be this stupid and ignorant. Will be filing complaint with metro.

The people who are working there are very nice and helpful. I am so glad that I went there because they are having a promotion and I hope you go there. They have 2 phones for $180.44 and 1 is a G5 and if you get public assistance they help pay your bill. Try it. I think but not sure it will go on for a week. Have a blessed weekend and be safe

There's a short middle aged black man who works here who is a tech GENIUS! Any problem I've had with my phone (even problems that other Metropcs stores were scared to even look into like a weird download frozen screen) he worked his magic and in 5 minutes flat he handed me back my phone unphased... I would give more than 5 stars if I could 🎆✨🎇
