Purchased a car from these people less than a month ago. The car was making a rattling noise, this was before they inspected the car to put stickers on it. I asked them if they could address the noise while inspecting the car. They claim the issue was the brakes and replaced them. Less than 4000 miles later my car is making singing noises while braking. Turns out the rotors are bad. So this company put new brakes on a car that also needed rotors. When I called to address the issue I was told that it's on me. My issue is if the rotors were bad why not at least inform me if they had no intention on fixing it? Why put brand new brake pads on a car that actually needed rotors? When I asked the manager Alex if he would be willing to resolve this issue I was told they can't do it for "free". However, this should of been resolved during the inspection. Rotors run anywhere between 30,000 to 50,000 miles so if the rotors had less than 4000 miles life span on them why didn't the mechanic at least address this. I feel taken advantage of because I need rotors as well as replacing the new brakes they put on due to the rotors being bad and running down the brake. I would never do business with this company again. Then they asked me to take it up with sales. Sales did not inspect my car, you guys did! And you all failed to bring my car up to standard. Now less than 2 months later I have to service a car I put 3000 down on. Lesson learned, get your own inspection! Even if you have to pay for it when purchasing a car because this company is clearly famous for being incompetent and cutting corner. This car was purchased under Andrea Brown, my wife. So pa auto inspection please don't respond that you have no record of me as a customer because I know you do.

Wrongfully diagnosed my car. First it was one thing, then another, then another. Took the car to another mechanic and it was something totally different. Paid for labor and parts that were put in incorrectly. While laboring my car they left a wrench inside my engine. Customer service is ok but the mechanics there have no clue on what they are doing.

In the end our car has been fixed and inspected.. only the windshield we fixed. Overall this has been a bad start but great ending to this situation. Thank you very much to all that got involved to help get us out the door with our car.. sometimes patients is not my strong suit but all in all they held up their end. THANK YOU From point of sale at PA Auto Sales this has been a nightmare. They have had our car for 2 weeks since it was sold to us without inspection. Needs rack and pinion, mirror, chipped windshield and has misfire. Received a text that our car was ready for pick up but needed to schedule because mirror was not in yet. We stopped by we are an 1 1/2 drive and our car didn't pass emissions due to unhooking battery. Windshield wasn't fixed. I am so disappointed that we r paying a car payment with no car. We stated that it is to be completed before calling us.. you would think that after getting a 1 star review from purchase you would work harder to fix that review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ANYTHING AFFILIATED WITH PA AUTO SALES OR INSPECTION

I don't know for sure, but I was offered to leave the car on Friday evening and pick it up the next day on Saturday
Getting a hold of them on the phone is difficult. I would just go in and speak with someone.
