The Lowes at Roosevelt Blvd doesn't rent tools. I don't know about the "Yes they do" comment, I work @ Lowes, they don't rent power washers. They DO rent carpet cleaners.
People here are ridiculous. The store's are way jam packed. They need to practice more about covid.
