I have these neighbors that are always fighting what can I do about that I told my landlord he has done nothing about it it’s been over six months I’m afraid they’re going to kill themselves or and they have a child.

You can call the police. The police will come and investigate. If they are hurting each other then it will be good you called. At the very least the police will tell them to keep it down.
