Can I register for Silver Sneakers classes at the Park Center?

I believe you can register there. The front desk people are very helpful & can look up if you've ever been issued a card. Take a photo ID & they will get you set up ;-)

I'm pretty sure they have Silver Sneakers at the Rec.
