They treat their employees HORRIBLY! They pay their employees $11 an hour. That is NOT a livable wage in any state in the United States. They do not properly train. If you as an employee don't know the gender (because you are not properly trained) they tell you to "blame it on the baby" and say that the baby is not corporating. They make their employees scrub toilets and the only thing they do to "clean" is to remove the paper that the previous client was laying on. I have not personally been a customer, but had a friend work there and they treated her horribly. All of these things happened to her. HORRIBLY RUN LOCATION!!!!

We had a great experience here at fetal fotos!! It was a blessing to have my husband my 3 babies my two sisters and my god daughter join us to find out what me and my husband are expecting! Yes me and my husband had no clue what baby was when we left as we had a gender reveal ❤️ But overall the staff was super friendly and attentive!! Sadly this is our last pregnancy but I definitely recommend this place to all expecting mothers!! Surprise it’s a Girl!!! Thank you fetal fotos ❤️❤️❤️

I went to this location twice with my husband. Once for a 2d scan and the second time for 3d scan. We had a great experience both times. The staff are amazing and very patient. For the 3d scan, my little girl was facing away and the operator was so patient with her till she changed her position. We got some beautiful 3d pictures from her little face! Defiantly the best place to capture the beauty of your pregnancy and cherish it for a lifetime!

The staff is very nice which is why they get 2 stars. However if you are looking for a pregnancy verification they can not see anything with their machine. I have been there 3 times once at 8 weeks once at 10 weeks and again at 12 weeks they were unable to see anything. I requested to use the $50 I spent for this ervice towards something else or to get a portion of my money back. They stated I could not and would have to come back in a week to try again, however I can't go back once I reach 14 weeks as they can "see" gender. I understand their machine can not see as well however they should not offer this service.
