*** BUYER BEWARE *** If I could give a 0 I would. I purchased my husbands ring in 2010 and the diamonds just recently fell out. I took it into this store where the lady wasn’t super friendly, she told me since a warranty wasn’t purchased there was nothing they could do. I said did it not come with a warranty? She replied it does for the diamonds, I looked at her since that was the issue and she said I would have had to bring it in every 6 months for maintenance.. My ring is from Shane Co and they are amazing, my husbands new ring will be purchased from them… extremely disappointed with Kay.

Don’t go here for any resizing! They messed up my wedding ring really bad and had awful customer service. They broke the band while they were resizing it and now there is a huge glob of silver where they tried to fix it but it looks absolutely terrible. Not only this but they were late 4 weeks past my promise date. When I called they told me that it’s ready and that I could get it the following day. When I called the next day it still wasn’t ready and it didn’t even finish until 2 weeks after that. This happened a few times. Now I’m going to have to go get it fixed somewhere else. I wish I never went there in the first place. Edit: they switched my wedding ring with another persons. My husband picked it up for me and didn’t realize it. Thank God that wasn’t my wedding ring but how could they swap a wedding ring?! Glad they figured it out before I got home from my vacation.
