All associates are hands on in various departments. There is no one stationary at the telephones. If you are fortunate to call at the time someone is at the phone your call will definitely be answered.
Please call off hours. They are open 24 hours but are short if staff.
Try calling during the less busy hours like first thing in the morning or late at night. They are open 24 hours...
