The Wellington location is huge you shouldn't need a reservation and they do not accept them.
I'm a picky eater and trust me the food is worth the wait. Hopefully they will expand and open a larger location.

They do not take reservations. You have to come in to be put on the waitlist. They do have a text based app that will text you once the table is ready though.
