Hours are 3p-10p mon-fri. It can get very busy during peak times and the priority is on customers that are at the restaurant so they will sometimes not answer the phones because they are helping others that are already in the restaurant. My suggestion is to keep trying the phone and hopefully they will have. A chance to answer the phone.
