Can you park and roller blade, or do you have to be close to your car, so that it doesn't get towed? I saw a pic someone posted, it was a sign saying "unattended cars will be towed. "

Yes you can park your car and leave it unattended there are some restrictions for commercial vehicles

You can park and exercise all along the walk way there. I park there on a regular basis and exercise without any concern
