Can your dog be off leash??

Technically they should be on leash, and many dogs will be but as long as yours is well behaved odds are nobody will care.

There not supposed to be but what we saw was that most people let their dogs off the leash to play in the water we only saw one problem where are young dog was creating problems buy running around people and over there blankets besides that most dogs were very well behaved

It is my understanding that they are not supposed to be off leash however there are lots of people who let their dogs into the ocean without leash.
