The Ocean is never safe. So keep your small children close at all times always with your eyes on them. Always explain the dangers of the ocean that It is not a pool.
Yes & No It is nice, open area and any.dogs have been under control any time I have visited. There is no lifeguard close by at all so that must be taken into consideration.

I think its as safe as far as the ocean goes. There were life guards the last time i was there.
