It varies if you include electric or not. My father in law pays $395 which includes electric. You also get a discount if you are a snow bird and leave your rv during the summer. The discount is only when you are not here during the summer unless it has changed.
You do not get a discount as a snow bird. I just left there and it is 395.00 per month but I dought you can get in except for the summer
