Intercoastal seeks out year round tenants. They have a few "seasonals" but most of those people have been coming for years.

It varies if you include electric or not. My father in law pays $395 which includes electric. You also get a discount if you are a snow bird and leave your rv during the summer. The discount is only when you are not here during the summer unless it has changed.
