Bumping rent up from $850 a month for a 2 bedroom to $1200 a month is NOT OK. They are "gentrifying" the property meaning, "If you are middle class or poor leave now, we want NASA and SpaceX Engineers." The manager Jason is a REAL piece of work too. Ever the salesman he pretends to REALLY care and fakes being a decent person when nothing could be further from the truth. He will do nothing to help you and considers you a nuisance IMMEDIATELY AFTER you sign the contract for lease. The owner is the stereotypical GREEDY doctor who is not even from the US. Avoid at all costs if you are a regular person or have a family.

I’ve lived here since Dec 1 2018 and they’ve just been improving this place ever since , everyone is super kind and helpful and certain things are included ! Water cheap wifi. They have assigned parking and besides not renovating the apartments that have people living in them after the rent spike it’s a really nice place I do think if your going to bump peoples rent 300 more dollars when you promised only like 100 without much of a warning then you could atleast fix up the insides
