We came in for a pretty standard haul out and it turned into a much longer stay. Melissa, Damien, and Joe were extremely helpful and understanding of the situation and were able to accommodate us completely with extensions to our splash date. Shipping materials to the marina/boat yard was very easy to receive and managed well by Melissa. I have been on over a dozen haul outs on commercial vessels from the Caribbean to Florida. Joe and Damien are some of the best operators I have seen in a long time. Hauling engines out and masts off is an easily done task and I saw it done on other boats many times while we were taking residence here. Bathrooms and showers are well maintained. Coin laundry on site. Boaters edge for mechanical repairs is onsite and we had a great experience with them. Space Coast dustless blasting services this marina and also did a great job on our bottom. Above deck rigging is close by for service although we did not utilize them, however they came highly recommended from multiple reliable sources.There are some on site privately owned yard contractors, although we did not utilize them.
