Building is run down, the staff has a poor attitude. They don't care if you get your food or not. After we got.out food, they told customers that it would be 30 minutes to get burgers. Bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. Won't be back.

What happened to this place the last three times we went to get our Krystal on they said 20 min. Wait or longer. That is a crying shame it has went to hell . Hire someone just to cook the burgers and be ready for the prime time. Hope it gets better.

Please be patient with them- With staff shortages and trainings on the spot, it isn't the speed of service that emphasis should be placed on, but the quality of service. I'll wait 15-20 minutes for hot, fresh food any day- but NO WAY will I tolerate cold food in 1-2 minutes. I know it's a fast-food chain and people have schedules, but quality is very important.
