most residents do use spectrum, they are seemingly the most reliable & poignant about installs to the customers specs & any follow up incidents that may occur afterwards. as far as the mobile home park being ready it's all ago, the Riverside dock & fishing area are still one of the best places to view a launch. I watched last week a neighbor catching a huge red drum from off the seawall. as a whole the park is a nice place, great attentive management. depending on which house is ultimately chosen, has a lot to do with the previous owner how much work has been done on it, or needs to be done but honestly it seems like there's always something to be done in any home:) as a resident, an in-park handyman & son of the standing h/o assoc. pres. of the park, I can say with pride the neighborhood & residents are cordial & pleasent. hope this helps. marcus files.
