I just left pop eyes in Raytown and its very sad u can't talk to them concerning yr order which is poor service and rip off i pray that no one have this problem

That location is horrible! I've never gotten everything I asked for. They're too busy playing and horsing around.

I've had SOO much trouble there, I quit going to that store. They treat everybody terrible. I wish they could get somebody to straighten out this place. But nobody cares.....

That one is horrible! Several times they were very very slow! They are more focused on laughing and playing with each other than getting orders out right and fast. Even the managers.

The few times I've been there they have messed up my order once. They were able to correct the issue without any problems.

Yep, the service has went down over the years. ..i go to the one in Grandview and i stay in Raytown. ...smh
