For the second time I have been taken in by this business. Today after my vehicle broke down I called them and spoke with someone at the location and she assured me they would be a vehicle for me within an hour. When I found a ride to be dropped off at their location or were no vehicles available. They did give me a ride home and told me they would call as soon as something became available. That was nine hours ago. I had a similar experience in the past with this location when I had made online reservations for days in advance. No vehicles were available on that day either.

rather drive a power wheels barbiemobile than a junk box from these clowns...Terrible customer service, they'll pick ya up 45 minutes late and get you to the office 5 minutes before closing and then send ya walking at closing time without a care...update to reply below..I did write an email to that exact email and still not a word from anyone all weekend and I have priority pass. This was at the Noland location in independence.. went by raytown and no cars were available...thought I was leaving message for independence location not raytown...your the first to contact me so thank you...my car will be repaired by the time I get a rental going ...update..10 days now and I'm still bugging friends for rides because license was lost in the accident and the only thing I have is a picture of my license cause I have no means to DMV with a 10 year old..you would think being 2022 and all there would be a database this could all be verified on but this company is still stuck inThe 90s

I rode around everywhere all day to several of their locations and was never able to actually pick up a car. Despite the fact that I called ahead to each location and asked very specific questions to make sure all my bases were covered. Yet every location went back on the answers to the questions and the information they told me. After I made my reservation and once I was at the location to pick up car the informed me that I in fact cannot rent a car. Ever. Unless I have a major credit card. Which I do not have. I have no desire to ever have a credit card. They said I didn't need one. They lied.

I've talked to many enterprise locations trying to secure a rental. This is the first one that actually cared to help even though they were out of vehicles. Big shout out to Quinton at this location for going above and beyond to actually look around and then notify me when a vehicle was found instead of telling me to try again tomorrow.

Yes they do. I believe it cost us maybe 40 a day? Check out their website or give them a call to double check.
