No Swimming. It is a beautiful lake, and they do allow boating and kayaking. It is a wildlife conservation area, with limited fowl hunting, and fishing is allowed.

I keep reading about the small area of the lake where they used to dredge sand that is substantially deeper, but I cannot find it on any maps. Can someone please tell me exactly where the deep spot is? Thanks very much!
