It was free when i went & there were costumed people to answer questions. They do have a donation box.
No its free they ask for a donation. We were there a few weeks ago, and we just walked through, but there are people there to ask questions and get answers from.
I would arrange for the tour. I'm not sure about tickets as I went as a sponsor. We had 40+ students and 6 sponsors.
