I would get her in to be checked. With nausea, I would expect dehydration since oral fluids can't adequately maintain hydration. I would be concerned with a possible bowel blockage. Better safe than sorry. Situations like this can go badly in a short time.
I have English bulldog tht has had diarrhea for 3 or 4 days n last night I gave her some chicken n beef cubes boil it in water let it cool down. She barely can walk I manage to get her to drink some of what I fix . Her stools r very loose no signs of worms Check gum her gums look pink n moist but breathing kindling heavy . Need to know what I can I do to build her strength up n stop the diarrhea.
