The Doctors are okay. The staff is rude with no customer service skills at all.

My 92 year old mother had an appointment for 1:30 and we are still waiting for her to be examined. They took her paperwork and disappeared. It has been over an hour wait. We can hear the staff outside the door having jovial conversations but no interaction with my mother. We watched ten people come and go and still no action. We are here merely to have broken bones and a laceration to be followed up on. Give me a break. She could die in here. Dr. Mitchell has finally arrived and has no clue why she's here .

I had an appointment today with Paul Kelly at Carolina regional orthopedics in Wilson.all the personnel were very nice and efficient. Paul Kelly really listened with genuine concern. I had x-rays taken .Dr. Kelly did a thorough examination of my shoulder. He offered possible solutions for my shoulder pain,andtook his time to explain all my options, which I greatly appreciate it.it was a pleasure talking to Dr. Kelly

I broke my arm in 3 places & was seen in er on Sunday am. I called for apt on Monday & was told they couldn't see me until Wed. I showed up to the apt @ 0935 was told I was supposed to be there at 9a. Noone told me that when I called. Receptionist was very rude & gave me an apt for the following Tuesday. This was a Wednesday & I broke my arm on Sunday. I left there & called emerge ortho & explained the situation. I was seen that day & scheduled for surgery on Monday. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here.
