Joanna probably works there with an answer like that. I, too, have attempted to call them for HOURS during normal business hours and not once did they answer. I'm talking about 10 calls spread out throughout an entire day, as well 30+ non-stop back-to-back calls for an hour. They're not doing their duty. Oh, and why was I trying to call? ...because of a package I desperately needed that they fraudulently marked as delivered. I watched the USPS delivery worker as they drove by. They didn't deliver a thing.
You may be able to get your answer in the website. I’m sure it never occurred to you that post office employees have many other responsibilities. But answering the phone may not be at the top of the list. Check out Usps website.
