Literally the worst USPS in the state. Never had a problem EVER until I came to this one in Nashville. My package was not delivered when it was supposed to be when I paid for them to deliver it. I was told to pick it up. Went in to pick it up they told me it was to be delivered even tho I don’t even think my mailbox is big enough for the package. EVERY employee was not doing their jobs and standing around. I asked to speak to the manager but apparently she’s too busy to do her job too. HORRIBLE. Literally just want my package. I also tried calling them before they closed yesterday to ask if it was in fact there. never got an answer. When I brought this to her attention she said “oh so you expect one person to answer the phone and help customers” is what she replied. Even tho there were 3 people standing around. Including her.

Got here at 5:40pm. The Postal Worker claimed they were already closed even though the time on the door says 6:00pm. USPS should update their signs.

They are always friendly even though they are understaffed and always have a line. They are always 😃 😊

The postal service sure isn't what it use to be .. The type of people they hire now are especially lazy ,and don't seem to have much common sense .. They need to do a massive rehire , it use to be a good paying quality job that only people with good work ethic would be hired for .. like really what has happened? Please Please fire your H.R. and get someone who will actually screen future employees before they hire them, it's like you all are hiring any Ole random that shows up .. Are the Pickens that slim?? Give some good folks a good job and let go of the madness you all calling the USPS these days . THANKS TAX PAYERS EVERYWHERE

Joanna probably works there with an answer like that. I, too, have attempted to call them for HOURS during normal business hours and not once did they answer. I'm talking about 10 calls spread out throughout an entire day, as well 30+ non-stop back-to-back calls for an hour. They're not doing their duty. Oh, and why was I trying to call? ...because of a package I desperately needed that they fraudulently marked as delivered. I watched the USPS delivery worker as they drove by. They didn't deliver a thing.
They are very understaffed, just like everyone else. If you go in the early morning or mid day, they aren't that busy and there is a separate line for package pick ups so you don't wait in the regular line.
How tf am I supposed to know that. Do you not know your own address?
You will need a government issued ID of any kind, Such as a driver's license or a passport. The cost is $60
Not exactly, all the retail offices close between 5 and 6 usually. BUT many locations have a self-service kiosk where you can ship packages and buy stamps using a touch screen. The location you posted this question to has 2 of them, and they are available 24/7
Yes
Not at this location. I believe the post office on Broadway is the only one in Nashville that does
Ok
1200pm
Tomorrow is Saturday and they close at 12. I can't tell what day of the week it was two years ago you asked this
Call post office with tracking number. There is gps on scanner it will tell them when and where it was scanned at
Yeah, good luck in EVER getting an answer when you call this post office.
Contact the post office
Pick it up at local office if note left by carrier
In the mail
Not sure what passbook is.
It depends on what type. Letter: 1 stamp / Letter and small package: 3 stamps
NOOOOOPPE
