The website and a customer service rep from USPS told me to call this PO directly to see if my package was there. NO ONE will answer the phone. I guess I have to drive and stand in line. Why is it that way?

They are very understaffed, just like everyone else. If you go in the early morning or mid day, they aren't that busy and there is a separate line for package pick ups so you don't wait in the regular line.

Be sure to take the survey on your receipt, It either means the supervisor doesn't feel like answering or they are too understaffed to be able to answer.
