If I could give it no stars I would. I showed up with an apointment to apply for a passport but the "system was down" so the entire facility was closed. This place is truly an embarassment and speaks volumes about the disfunctionality of governmental systems. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

It is open Monday-Friday until 6PM and on Saturday until noon
