Just go inside the post office of where your box is located and request to close your box. Not sure if you would get a refund. Hope this helps.
They have a temporary structure in the back that is open during renovations.
You should have a tracking number at the bottom of your receipt. Google that number and it will ask if you want to track it with USPS.
Yes! Lol! I did not have on my glasses. I meant to say 3 clerks handling passports and one for regular business. The line was almost out the door. Poor use of employees.
