If possible I would rate this “law firm” lower then 1 star. I worked an agreement out with them and then because they say a check bounced now I owe everything upfront per agreement. I showed a receipt of me paying online but they have such a generic system that does not even show the date. Then I ask them if they could verify that said check bounced and they won’t even look in their system. My bank statement does not show it even was processed or attempted. But yet it bounced? For all I know they entered something wrong. Since it was an electric check maybe I put something wrong but they won’t even check to see if that was the case. It’s not like I purposely avoided paying. The worst part they go to work for these terrible pay day loan companies and support them while people who actually are working and trying to do the right are getting screwed by them. Should be ashamed of what you do to people.

Probably the worst place I've ever done business with. They are very unprofessional and rude. They did not even show up to court on the court date. 10/10 would not recommend

This company is complete garbage! There is no way you make payments and can't get a copy of an account statement. You can't get anything showing how much you've paid! They basically say you owe this amount and expect you to pay. I honestly hope a class action is started against them. I gave them 1 star but wish it was an option for zero. Don't try calling them, it will be months before you talk to an actual person. If you leave a voicemail, they still won't answer. It's their slick way of wasting time to build up interest. They are trash!

All things considered, they’re just doing their job — communication is spotty, but when I was finally able to get in touch the issue was reasonably resolved. The only heads up I would give to other debt settlers out there is the “pay this amount and consider this issue closed”, does NOT include any outstanding court fees. They won’t tell you that, you likely will have a false sense of security in having this issue “closed”. It may not be closed, and it will go to collections, and it will come back to haunt you even though Cheadle won’t bother mentioning that. Ask about court fees just to be sure. Aside from that, it is what it is, if you owe a debt, pay it before it goes to a law firm. Lesson learned, take care y’all!

Questions & Answers

How do you get in touch with this firm? I just have called dozens of times by now and left messages to settle a debt and no one ever reaches back out
