For the campground...yes. For the Ross Cedars trails...no.
I agree, there is signage stating no RVs. The road past the campground is very narrow and you would have difficulty if you even made it to the parking area getting turned around. I would not recommend it.
Not really. The parking lot is fair sized, but there's no RV sized parking spaces, there's no turn around area and the lot is fairly busy with vehicles coming and going.
