What does it take to make an appointment?? I've been calling everyday, often several times a day, for over a week, leaving messages, to just try and schedule on appointment.

Probably best to walk in and make the appointment if you can. Drive toward the back of the building because the office to make the appointment is in the back of the building up the stairs.
