Feral Cats Period. Myself and my two boys 8 and 12 were led on for several weeks by this so called shelter.All the cats are feral and were given to them by local shelters because they are not adoptable. (Told in an email after explaining to 2 boys that we "aren't a good fit".. We're asking about Aster and his brother who aren't Siamese they are ragdoll which shows the education of this bunch. Lead adults on for 2-3 weeks about adoption but when I fill out my app and have kids oh no we aren't good enough or understanding of what they label feral ad. SCAM !!!!

Hi Molly. It sounds like a bad situation To be sure. Try contacting Miranda's Rescue also Humboldt paws cause. The Sequoia Humane Society also might be able to give some direction and help. Also try contacting the local veterinary offices they usually have some insight to these situations and lastly if you have to contact the Humboldt County Animal Shelter or you can simply call the sheriff's office. I thank you for doing what you can to help those poor fur babies!

Not at this location. There are only cats here, but you can call to see if anyone is fostering a small fluffy dog at the moment :)
They have cats and dogs mostly. But all were very well trained, (or as well as you can train a cat) and had good temperaments.

Almost all cats, but sometimes other animals. It depends if a volunteer will take home a bird or rabbit etc
