As an ex-Manager of a franchised KFC and a corporate KFC in my younger days. I have had dry flavorless coleslaw 3 time's once after a complaint. There is only 2 reasons for this issue and both should have been solved by management by now.

Sent they built the new building. They have trouble getting good Managers. Mostly school kids. Without the experience. To run KFC the way it needs to be.
