Couldn't get in the dining room due to staffing issues, no bearing on my review. Food was pretty warm an fresh. The fact that I ordered 6 nuggets, was charged for 6 an got 4 an ordered 2 combo's an an extra small fry but didn't get it does have bearing on my review. I guess in reality it's the best you can hope for from fast food these days

Went in today and did a mobile pickup ended up waiting for 30 minutes for our food just to find out they took 40 bucks out of my bank and put two orders and then said they couldn’t do anything about it. My salad didn’t even have the dressing and my fiancés fries were cold like they have been sitting out. Customer service was terrible waited 10 minutes in a line along with other people that were waiting and they just told us to take our food and go when we payed double. Then called and asked for a manager and she’s said with the rudest attitude and said this is her and said we can’t do nothing about it. Now I’ve been on the phone for 15 minutes to get our money back.

Ghost

Despite giving Wendy's dry ridge chance after chance to "recover" from the pandemic, Wendy's Dry ridge continues to fail in coustomer service and product availability OVER AND OVER. The store is often closed during posted business hours and if they are open quite often many menu item are not available, ... Most recent visit was another FAIL. I ordered a number 12 large classic chicken (not the spicy) .. the sandwich was wrong, no cheese and they used a spicy breast instead of the classic ordered. Disappointed again. I did not say a word to the staff or complain. This note is to ANYONE in Wendy's Corporate office to make a change and show this location some needed attention! I don't want a refund, coupon or free meal. I want costumer service and this store attended to.

Horrible did doordash they didnt have potatoes and chocolate frosty. And I got food posioning from there ended up going to hospital BC it was bad. I will not be eating here as often anymore. Management needs to step up and actually care about their job.I heard rhey handle the food with no gloves and cross contaminate and everything. Like ewww 🤢🤢
