The entire place was bad. The ac in our room barely cooled. They were short staffed, so breakfast ran out quickly. The room was dirty, so dirty in fact that they didn’t clean from the family before and ants came in and unfortunately but our daughter who is allergic to ants. We got a different room and immediately upon entrance we discovered the floors had not been vacuumed and there were tons of old moldy cheerios behind the window ledge cushion. Would not recommend this place at all. Drive a few miles north and get a better place to stay.

comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Our room was clean and organized. it's across the street from some restaurants so it was easy to walk back and forth. It's not an upscale motel, but it was worth it's value. Great breakfast in A.M. Good variety and plenty of seating.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, courteous staff, and great rate. Continental breakfast was good. Good location from The Ark Encounter and restaurants/eateries conveniently located near by. Casa Martini is a good restaurant across the street with good Mexican food and quiet atmosphere. A little ways down the road was Cracker Barrel with good food but a little noisy. If I’m up this way again, will most definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff and owner. It was a joy to stay there and keep up the good work.

Simple, no frills hotel. The room was clean, but decor etc is dated. Includes a free breakfast which was tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a double room which was all we needed for a family of 4. There was a smoke detector in the room that was disabled. Not the safest.
