Lots of dust! My family’s allergies were getting worse so I began to look around the room and found: dirt/dust behind the toilet along with a partial toothpick and twist tie that didn’t belong to us, thick mounds of dust on the entry doorway, air filter was caked thick with dust/dirt/lint, remote control had a sticky substance on it, wall paper peeling off, room was stuff and wouldn’t cool and dirt/ splatter below fridge. I called the front desk numerous times with no answer so I deep cleaned on my own. Overall at first glance it all seemed nice but I was sad to find how dirty everything was!

The people were kind and effeciant from the house keeping to the main desk. The hotel room was clean so was the pool. The hotel was very child friendly. Our 1 and a half year old was very happy getting such nice treatment. All in all very happy and definitely recommend this hotel to families!!

This hotel was extremely dirty and my room was TERRIBLE. I would not ever come back except for breakfast since the lady was phenomenal at her job. Trash around the pullout and garbage and hair I removed. Wife had to Lysol and wipe down everything.

The hotel staff were great, but we were especially impressed with the lady working at the breakfast bar. She was so kind and cheerful. She seemed to enjoy her job and the people. The quality of the food was outstanding. Will definitely come back to this location when traveling in the area again.
