This hotel was disgusting. The first musty old smoke smell when you walk into the lobby starts the feeling of uncleanliness. The furniture is beat-up and outdated, with stains, chips and paint splatters all over. The conference room is being used more like a storage room for spare air-conditioning parts and an old rickety ladder. The bedroom was dirty: places that haven't been cleaned regularly; the bathroom shower has grit and grim all over it; I could go on. Not a great experience.

Facility needs updating. There were ants on window sill. Numerous dead ants and many scurrying around air conditioner. Got solution from front desk. Seemed to work. Woman at front desk did not care at all about ants when we checked out. Basically said ants were bad now. Would not stay here again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Terrible lighting. Unclean. The food (especially the eggs) were nasty. Stains on the comforter. Very old and outdated. But worst of all, the first night the smell was so so bad I couldn’t even breathe. It was a musty cigarette smell and the hotel claims to be a no smoking hotel. Staff was unfriendly and suspicious. We went to go see the ark encounter and the location was the only good reason to stay there.

The motel was in a good location. Restaurants, gas stations and a hospital were close. The staff did everything they could to make your stay comfortable. They did little things like a night light in the bathroom and using the conference room as an over flow area for the dining area. There was not a lot of noise to keep you awake during the night. The only negative was the young lady at the desk in the evenings who was more interested in her cell phone than greeting guests. She rarely smiled or spoke.
