The professionals at Strategic HR have helped us with our employee handbook, employee benefits guide, business startup, and a plethora of other tasks. No. We’re an outsourced recruitment firm. We partner with our clients to become their full service recruitment department. We work with our clients to recruit for their permanent job openings across the entire organization including all levels and functions. We are not paid a percentage of salary, nor do we receive commission from our placements. We are just paid by the hour for our time.
