I never had a sub that was that dry. The topping and everything were so very slim. It was mainly bread. And my husband's was the same way. And we put in an order online ( we were on a road trip) and it said it would be ready at 410... no one else was inside when we got there and then people started coming in after us and we didn't get our food until 438... my baby and I were waiting in the car while dad was inside paying so you know how that went. 😂 but it's penn station so the quality of the food was still there. I guess it was the employees?

You couldn't ask for friendlier staff - they were just wonderful. The food was delicious. We got the chicken teriyaki sub and the turkey/bacon/ranch. They were warm and ingredients felt fresh. Fries were crispy and perfect. The place was clean and staff were wearing gloves to prepare food. Great pit stop for lunch.

Here's the deal, the place was nice, and my group and I really tried to enjoy it. The food was not bad, I loved the Chicken Teriyaki Sub in particular, but the employees were rude to us from the start and we're very sure part of our party got a very bad stomach bug from here. Take from that what you will.
