What is the wait time for nonappointment

I was there very late in the afternoon and still was only there for a little less than an hour

I was in and out in an hour and I got my learners permit!

Definitely use their get in line online option, if you do that it's maybe a 15 or 20 minute wait during peak

when I went it was about 2 hours but if you go onto their website you can "get in line" and it gives you a fast pass to a window essentially.
