I just had 2 bathrooms with marble floors cleaned and sealed and 4 marble countertops sealed! We have a new build and our new floors were so dirty from all the construction! They came in and made them new again! Matt answered all my questions and even explained how to keep our floors and counters clean so we wouldn’t have to have them re done for a long time! His team was amazing! I will definitely use them again!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Thank you for asking Jeffrey. The short answer is no, absolutely not! Travertine is acid sensitive and because white vinegar is an acid, it will "etch" the stone if you mop, spot clean, or even accidentally spill a drop on it. The surface etching is caused by a chemical reaction between the acid and the stone which dulls it wherever it comes in contact with the surface. Etching can be removed but it's a little more technical and should usually be done by a professional.
The answer to this question will vary depending on the lifestyle of each individual client. For instance, if you have 3 or 4 children, cats, dogs, neighbor kids over often, and lots of parties you will definitely need to clean and seal more often than a retired couple who don't have animals. Most people should clean their tile floors every 1-3 years. For retired couples who aren't hard on their floors we recommend cleaning and sealing their tile and grout every 3-5 years.
Most people purchase granite countertops with color and pattern to match their kitchen or bathrooms being the main focus. Porosity is rarely even considered. There are many types of granite and some are very porous. We get calls all the time from people who have ugly stains in their granite who regret not having their granite sealed. We always say it's better to be proactive, not reactive when it comes to sealing granite. Conventional sealers temporarily fill the pores and need to be reapplied at least once a year. Our sealers bond to granite and will last a minimum of 5 years and will leave the surface shiny and smooth and will make them easy to clean.
